5. Returns and Exchanges
Import Policy
Reporting a defect or flaw to an item after 14 days
We accept imports.
Exchanges are accepted for defects. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt. Only the item price will be refunded; shipping costs are not refunded.
